WEST COAST MORNING ENCORE
AS THE MORNING RISES OVER THE MOUNTAIN
AND THE MOUNTAINS REACH UP FOR THE DAY
THE FIRST COLOURS OF LIGHT DRAPE THEIR PEAKS
AS THE SPECTRUM OF LIGHT FINDS IT’S WAY
AS THE VALES AND THE INLETS FIND THEIR WAY IN THE LIGHT
AND THE ARRIVAL OF THE DAY GIVES THE SPIRIT DELIGHT
LIFE IN ALL OF IT’S SHAPES STARTS IT’S JOURNEY OF DAY
THEN TIME SLIDE PAST THE NOW TO CARRY ON WITH IT’S PLAY
